Miami Lakes Guardianship
Most often our goal is to help families avoid the need for guardianship, which is the process where courts step in to supervise the person or their property in event of mental incapacity. However, sometimes guardianships are necessary because a family waits too long to do proper estate planning and the family member suffers a stroke, Alzheimer’s, or other disease. If guardianships do become necessary, we are available to help establish and maintain the guardianship for the life of the family member.
