Rarick, Beskin & Garcia Vega, P.A.: Estate Planning, Asset Protection & Probate Attorneys

Florida Probate and Trust Closure

As Florida probate professionals, at Rarick, Beskin & Garcia Vega, P.A. we endeavor to do whatever is necessary to settle the "total estate." Often today, estates consist of probate assets — requiring an attorney with probate experience in Florida, and trust assets — requiring an attorney with trust experience. We have extensive experience in both fields.

We strive to work with the Personal Representative and Trustee in the most cost-effective way. If the "PR" is fully competent to handle most of the PR tasks, we will work in a legal support role. If the PR does not have the time, or does not feel comfortable handling these tasks, we can perform all PR tasks while keeping the PR fully informed on all significant decisions.
